The friends of Cerveza Loa needed a private management portal where they could receive orders from their customers, with behavior similar to an e-commerce, with the difference that they would not go through a payment flow, but rather would trigger a series of automatic processes such as creation of sales notes, dispatch, stock discount, with an integration with BSale.
This includes your customers being able to log in with a username and password to place their orders.
For management, they receive all the orders on a Kanban-type board, where the projects go through stages: received > processing > shipped > paid. They can also control the stock of products, assign them to zones, and configure different processes for each zone, such as automatic delivery to the warehouse managers of each zone.
